Tucked away in a cosy unit in Moe, this project was all about restoring safety, comfort, and peace of mind for a client who had been dealing with a long-standing bathroom and laundry leak. What started as a small issue had grown into extensive water damage and mould—leaving her without a usable space and without clear support from her insurance company.
After months of delays and uncertainty, she reached out to Signature Building Co. for help. Our team stepped in to take control of the process, coordinating professional mould remediation, repairing the underlying leak, and delivering a complete bathroom renovation that aligned with her insurance payout while still giving her a fresh, functional space to come home to.
From stripping the affected areas back to framing, to rebuilding with new waterproofing, tiling, fixtures and finishes, every stage was handled with care and transparency. Most importantly, we were able to get her back into the little unit she loved—this time with a safe, healthy bathroom and laundry built to last.
