This Moorabbin project came to us under very different circumstances to a typical renovation. The homeowner was tackling an ambitious extension as an owner-builder, but quickly found himself overwhelmed by the scale of the structural work involved. With major load-bearing components, compliance requirements and tight sequencing, he needed experienced support to get the project back on track.
