Manks – Cardinia

The Manks project in Cardinia was a mix of upgrades, repairs, and modern touches that brought this unfinished home back to life. After being left incomplete by a previous builder, our team stepped in to resolve existing issues and deliver the high-quality finishes the clients had originally envisioned.

We installed new aluminium double-glazed windows throughout, instantly improving energy efficiency, comfort, and aesthetics. At the front of the property, an automatic opening fence was added to improve security and street presence, while a 3-phase power upgrade future-proofed the home for added capacity and modern living.

Inside, we brought a custom touch to the bathrooms with feature shelving, complete with under-glow lighting to elevate the overall feel of the space. This project was about more than just finishing the job—it was about restoring confidence and delivering on a vision that had been put on hold.
