This full home renovation in Pakenham was a true showcase of what can be achieved with thoughtful design and efficient project delivery. The works included major transformations to two bathrooms, the laundry, kitchen, living and dining areas, along with a cosmetic refresh of four bedrooms and an updated outdoor entertaining space.
Key design upgrades played a big role in modernising the home. We introduced two new Velux skylights, bringing natural light into the heart of the home, and replaced the dated slate flooring with contemporary hybrid flooring throughout. The kitchen was completely reimagined into a bold, stylish space featuring a sleek black finish and complemented by premium black tapware from Reece—bringing a touch of luxury and edge to the everyday.
Despite the extensive scope, our team completed the project in just 15 weeks, all while the clients remained living in the home. We handed over just in time for Christmas lunch—one of our proudest finishes yet.
