Our relationship with this Mount Martha property began with a simple request: bring the pool fencing and surrounds into compliance. But as often happens with homes located this close to the coast, that first inspection revealed a much larger story—years of patch repairs, exposure to harsh sea air, and maintenance that hadn’t kept pace with the environment.
Over the next few years, we worked with the client to progressively restore the home, tackling a range of issues that required careful attention and long-term fixes rather than quick solutions. When the client eventually decided it was time to sell, Signature Building Co. was entrusted with preparing the property for the market and elevating it to a standard worthy of its location.
