The Belbrook project in Newborough was all about breathing new life into a tight and dated home. Through a front extension and carefully considered layout changes, we transformed a once-cramped space into a more functional and family-friendly design.
The extension allowed us to significantly increase the size of the kitchen and pantry areas, creating a more open-plan layout that feels spacious and flows beautifully. Although our scope only carried through to the fixing stage, the groundwork laid here set this family up for a much more liveable and modern home.
This build presented its fair share of challenges—tight budget, the discovery of asbestos, and working with a transportable home that didn’t meet current building codes—but our team rose to the occasion. The result is a high-quality, future-ready space that the family can now enjoy and build upon for years to come.
